Kim oversees the design, development and construction of all Hibbs Homes’ projects. A member of the Home Builders Association of Greater St. Louis and the National Home Builders Association, Kim strictly adheres to the organizations’ code of ethics that protect the most important people in our business – our homebuyers.

Kim’s 20+ years of experience in television news has helped him prepare for a successful transition into the home building industry, strengthening his abilities to meet tight deadlines, work under pressure, communicate efficiently and effectively, and work with accuracy, integrity, and accountability.

Jan Hibbs
Sales/Marketing, Licensed Realtor

Jan is a licensed real estate agent for Coldwell Banker Gundaker, managing Hibbs Homes’ sales and marketing, and assisting her husband Kim with design and development aspects of Hibbs Homes.

For years, Jan has helped St. Louis families select or build the “right” homes in neighborhoods that best fit their lifestyles. With re-sale prospects always top-of-mind, Jan can assist St. Louisans with buying a Hibbs Home or with buying or selling other properties currently on the market.
