GEOTHERMAL HEAT
A technology that uses warmth from subsurface water to heat buildings, and extracts this heat to put back into the ground for cooling.

GRAY WATER
Wastewater that doesn't contain contaminates that can be filtered and reused for irrigation.

HARVESTED RAINWATER
Rain channeled by gutters to a specific storage unit for reuse.

HIGH-PERFORMANCE HOME
Electronic controls and sensors that regulate heating, cooling, ventilation, lighting and appliances for the purpose of conserving energy.
