Extensive home renovation/rehab and construction of new apartments/condos have been underway in the Historic Shaw Park neighborhood for several years.

Hibbs Homes was selected by the city of St. Louis to build the first new single family homes in the area in decades. Design and construction was closely monitored by the St. Louis Community Development Administration and Housing Production Committee to make sure the homes meet strict standards/codes in this Historic District.
